TO THE WEST OF THE SKY

I found a stone to the west of the sky

It started to sing me a song

A peculiar tune with notes up high

that drew me to sing along

Stands tall to the east of the sea

Branches pick up the melody

A thundering sound from an old oak tree

Blows with the stone and me

Oooh, ooh

In a cloud to the north of the sun

I hear singing from a bird

It mimics our tune and joins just for fun whistling without a word

Oooh, ooh

Lean into the song

Catch the melody

Singing with the stone, the sea, the bird, the tree and me

Ooh, ooh

Rising tide to the south of the moon

Rolling sound of the sea

Drops of rain in the afternoon

Part of the music in me

Att balansera styrka och skörhet i rösten är komplicerat.

Du behärskar det fantastiskt bra. Känslosamt dallrar det njutbara på gränsen mot smärta. Finstämt.
